CAPSTAR®: Capstar kills fleas fast, in just 15 minutes fleas start to die and fall off your pet. Capstar is recommended as a pre-treatment, to start on this product to kill exsisting flea infestations, then to start a prevention program as well.
ADVANTAGE®: Advantage kills the adult fleas, breaking the life cycle and getting rid of adult pests before they lay eggs on your pet or in your home. Advantage requires monthly applications. It is a topical that is placed on the skin oin between the shoulder blades. High enough that your dog can not reach it to lick it off. For bigger dogs, it can be applied evenly at four points along the backside. Advantage keeps working even when you pet gets wet. It continues to kill fleas, on contact, even with occasional swimming and shampooing.
PROGRAM®: Program for dogs comes as a chewable tablet that you can give at home with a full meal. Program prevents flea eggs and larvae from maturing into adults.
